Texas Health Insurance is More Affordable than ever
Between February and June of this year. 300,000 Texans bought health insurance. That’s through the “Marketplace”. This is also known as Obamacare and Affordable Care Act (ACA).
Many people think that health insurance is too expensive or too complicated for them to figure out on their own. However,
About 1/3 of new & returning Marketplace (ACA) customers got coverage for $10 or less per month.
If you don’t have health insurance through an employer, you may be able to get health insurance on the Marketplace (healthcare.gov) from zero dollars per month. The average cost for a Texan is $55 per month. That’s according to a story in the Houston Chronicle.
If you– or someone you know– is without health insurance, you can go to healthcare.gov to sign up. Or better yet, set an appointment for a no cost, no obligation “discovery call” with me to see what plans and subsidies are available to you.
My own health insurance went from $120 per month last year to $0 per month this year.
If you want health insurance starting August 1, you have to get this done this week.
Don’t be part of the 4.5 million Texans still without health insurance. After all, Texas Health Insurance is now more affordable than ever.
