ACA goes to Supreme Court
Supreme Court hears oral arguments in ACA constitutionality case November 25, 2020 Based on the oral arguments, it appears there may be some resistance to striking down the entire ACA. The full court (all 9) will hear the case, which means there won’t be a tie vote. You can read more here
